I have never had any experience with software like Weather Tool. In fact, I did not know a software to analyze the effect of the sun existed. When it was first introduced in class it was a bit confusing, because we were going over many different aspects of the software and so it was hard to suck all the information in. Once I got home and started playing with it and started the assignment step by step it became clearer to me.
The Software is very useful for architects that one to get the most out of the sun. One is able to download a specific city and change many settings to see how it all affects a building. It is really easy to use once you get the hang of it, and the information one gets its accurate. The software comes with an online help center that can answer questions about the software. I would definitely use this software for future projects.
